This is the story of how I will step forward; not to broadcast myself to the world, but to become more visible to those who are truly seeking. I will put myself out there not by shouting louder, but by standing more clearly in who I am, letting the quiet strength of my presence speak on its own terms.

I offer myself in service not as a brand, not as a curated persona, but as a living human being rooted in deep practice. My values are not slogans; they are lived rhythms: spaciousness, listening, truthfulness, kindness, earth-connectedness, and the courage to say no when something does not align. I honour these values by letting them shape my offerings, my conversations, my every step.

I will make myself findable through words, through my presence, through the way I show up. But I will not twist myself to fit an algorithm or a market. My integrity will be my guide. My offerings - Council, Vision Quest, Nature-based Healing Rites - are not commodities but invitations. I will speak about them in ways that are clear, grounded, and heartfelt, trusting that those who need them will hear.

And I will protect my sanctity of silence.

The wild places, quiet walks, hours spent not doing but listening - these are not extra. They are the root. They are where I remember who I am beneath the roles. I will carve out time for this: not as escape but as homecoming. The emails, the websites, the meetings they may fill the day, but they will not take the marrow of my attention. I will keep a piece of me facing inwards.

To hold boundaries means not only saying no to what drains or distracts, but saying yes to what sustains. Yes, to mornings without screens. Yes, to walking in nature, time with the earth. Yes, to the fire, to the moon, to the ritual of making tea outdoors. These are not luxuries. These are my teachers.
